Be a hands-on, guest obsessed leader, motivating and driving your team to provide memorable guest experiences Drive revenues by running killer shifts and going above and beyond for our guests Create WOW spaces where you and the team can take FUN to the next level! Support and inspire an energetic team of hospitality superstars Manage Front of House & Back of House operations, including but not limited to rosters, training, P&L management, forecasting, casual recruitment, COGs, and labour Continue to build an amazing, collaborative, and inclusive culture Mentor, develop and upskill your team members in all areas of the business Learn the ropes of managing all aspects of a busy, multi-faceted entertainment venue What You've Got

Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it! Proven hands-on management experience (minimum 2-3 years) in charge of a busy hospitality/entertainment venue A valid RSA, approved managers license and Working with Children Check Ability to pass a National Police Check An ability to work nights and weekends An obsession with providing the best guest experiences Proven experience in all areas of a hospitality venue (bar, kitchen, functions etc) Strong time management skills and high level of experience in administrative tasks A burning desire to show what you've got and what heights you can take the business!
