To work as part of the Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust (RCHT)/Cornwall Foundation Trust (CFT) Nutrition and Dietetic team providing dietetic support and advice to patients and Health Professionals in the area of stroke and acute neurology working across multiple sites in Cornwall. To undertake direct and non-direct clinical work that contributes to the delivery of a high quality safe and effective dietetic service. To keep accurate records in accordance with RCHT/CFT and Health Professions Council regulations/policy. To contribute to research, quality improvement and audit within the Nutrition and Dietetic service. About us

Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent HCPC Registered A teaching qualification or experience of teaching groups Membership of the British Dietetic Association Completion of relevant courses Experience
A wide range of post-registration dietetic experience including delivery of services for inpatients and those with neurological illness. Experience working in an inpatient environment Specialist experience of working within neurosciences Skills
An ability to demonstrate best dietetic practice for a range of conditions. An ability to evaluate and report on complex data. Understanding of the pathology of neurological illnesses and the impact of this on the nutritional intake and status of individuals. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
