An exciting opportunity has come up within the stroke team to get involved in the leadership of the developing community outreach services including the 'Early Supported Discharge' team. This unique service works closely with an in-house team of stroke-specific carers, physios, and SLTs to provide intensive rehabilitation to patients within their own home in the West Kent area.
We would welcome an innovative and passionate neuro occupational therapist with a keen eye for quality improvement and evidence-based care. You will need to have a flexible approach, be resourceful and enthusiastic in demonstrating the impact and added value that Occupational Therapy brings to the pathway. Main duties of the job We are looking for experienced, dynamic, innovative, and forward-thinking Occupational Therapists to be involved in this exciting opportunity. The successful candidates will be a highly skilled clinician with expert clinical knowledge, skills, and experience supervising and educating others.
You will need to have a flexible approach, be resourceful and enthusiastic in demonstrating the impact and added value that Occupational Therapy brings to the acute stroke pathway.
