If you are a Band 5 Dietitian with experience of working with individuals who have had a stroke and would like to specialise in this area, this 12-month, 30-hour-a-week post might be for you.

Chesterfield Royal Hospital is a district general hospital with specialist acute and rehabilitation stroke beds.

We are a small, friendly, and supportive team of 25, made up of Dietitians, Assistant Dietitian Practitioners, a Nutrition Support Nurse, and Administrative staff. The Dietitian is a well-respected and fundamental part of our Stroke Multi-Disciplinary team.

Experience of working with stroke Significant postgraduate dietetic experience in an NHS in and outpatient setting Significant experience of working with patients requiring oral nutrition support and enteral feeds Experience of supervising students on practice placement
