Job Description
We are seeking an experienced French speaking Tours Consultant to quote and operate group tours for an inbound tour operator based in Ireland. They handle groups from Europe and the USA travelling to Ireland, Scotland and England. You can be home based anywhere in the UK and Ireland and will have the opportunity to go to team meetings and events in Dublin occasionally throughout the year. You will account manage key accounts, plan and design tours for leisure groups, special interest, and MICE, prepare quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and operate the tours. Candidates must have at least one year of experience working for a UK or Ireland inbound tour operator. You will attend FAM trips and develop your product knowledge. The company has been established for over 30 years and is seeing growth from a number of their markets including France, Scandinavia, and the USA. You won't just be dealing with the French market, but we do require a fluent French and English speaking candidate. A range of benefits is offered, and the company has a low turnover of staff with most of the team being there for over 10 years.
