Join us as a Structural Engineer based in Leeds! Working within our Design team, the Structural Engineer will play a key role in supporting structural design elements on projects. What you’ll do:

Adherence to the Integrated Management System Undertake concept designs and planning projects at concept stage on a wide variety of buildings Responsible for the production of Structural Engineering calculations for light gauge steel frames, associated hot rolled members, and composite floor slabs. Deliver excellent project work within agreed deadlines and budget Interact with clients and other project members Keep management informed of important and relevant design decisions to ensure that the objectives of the company and the client are achieved Represent Remagin and attend meetings with clients and suppliers, alongside senior team members Understanding of the detailed design process, including the use of software, adherence to the process, and production of manufacturing information Undertake site visits as and when required What you’ll bring:

Experience working as a Structural Engineer, preferably within steel design Strong communication and interpersonal skills Tekla & AutoCAD experience Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and alongside senior engineers and the external design team to provide engineering solutions Bachelor’s degree BEng / BSc or Master’s degree MEng / MSc that meets the engineering academic requirements for Chartership Why join us?
