Structural Engineer
Location: Lampeter
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Benefits
I am actively seeking a Structural Engineer to join a successful design practice in one of their offices in Lampeter.
Our client largely focuses on the design of building structures. Recent projects include residential apartments, schools, commercial offices, and high-rise domestic structures. You will be working on projects from inception through to completion stage and will be offered ongoing support to become Chartered.
Responsibilities:
Generate designs, reports, and specifications. Conduct structural surveys. Assist with report writing and bid proposals. Occasionally visit sites.
Qualifications: Strong degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (2,1 or above BEng/MEng). Previous consultancy experience (ideally a minimum of 2 years or more working on residential and commercial works). Competent in designing with contemporary materials. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Valid driving licence to visit sites (ideally).
