They are seeking a dynamic Structural Engineer with a minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience to join their growing team in Leicester. The role offers excellent career progression and training to strong performing candidates within a friendly and professional team that is proud of the quality of service it delivers to clients. You will be working towards professional membership and possess experience in the design of structural elements in accordance with codes of practice, across a range of materials such as steel, concrete, masonry, and timber. To be considered for the role, it is essential to have the following: Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Engineering Design Member of the relevant body such as the IStructE Working towards chartership or the ambition to do so Experience of building structures and knowledge of steel, concrete, timber, and load bearing masonry structures Ability to design to British Standards or Eurocodes Experience with relevant software, notably TEKLA Structural Designer, Robot, and TEDDS Excellent communication skills with a positive working attitude The role offers the opportunity to work within a variety of sectors such as commercial, educational, and residential.
