Structural Engineer Winchester outskirts £36k-£42k plus benefits Great opportunity for a structural engineer who has at least 2 years' design experience within a UK consultancy to join this established and growing practice and benefit from the involvement of a Director on every project. Their offices work completely collaboratively and no 2 days will be the same, but you will bring a personal and approachable service to your role. The team works on a diverse project portfolio across sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, residential, and more. Your Responsibilities: Continue your professional growth Perform engineering analysis and design calculations using advanced software Create detailed structural and civil engineering drawings/models with AutoCAD or Revit Contribute to working groups (BIM, Sustainability, IT, etc.) Attend design team meetings, both remotely and on-site, building relationships with clients Requirements: BEng, BSc, MEng, or MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering (ICE approved) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Local Authority, consultancy, or design office Strong knowledge of steel, masonry, timber, and concrete design to Eurocodes Experience with structural analysis software Familiarity with BIM and its role in construction is a plus Ambition to achieve CEng status You'll be part of a passionate, innovative team where your professional growth is prioritized.
