What the role involves

• Preparing schematic and concept structural designs.
• Design calculations using industry-standard software and hand calculations where required.
• Review structural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinating designs with architects, contractors, and other design team members.

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.

Candidate fit

• MEng or BEng degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 2–3 years' UK experience in building structures design.
• Good report writing and communication skills.
