As a Senior Engineer, you will:
Lead and manage diverse projects, ensuring technical excellence and quality assurance.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, shaping the next generation of industry talent.
Design and analyse structures using cutting-edge 3D software (Tekla Structural Designer, Robot, ETABS, etc.).
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, attending design meetings and collaborating with clients.
Drive innovation and assist in business development to expand EirEng’s presence across multiple sectors.
You will have:
Experience: 8+ years in structural engineering, with expertise in Eurocodes/British Standards.
Qualifications: A degree in Structural Engineering and Chartered Engineer status (IStructE or ICE).
Skills: Proficiency in 3D modelling software, strong communication skills, and a proactive, motivated attitude.
Leadership: Passion for mentoring and a desire to step into senior management roles.
