Our client, an Elite US law firm, is seeking a talented Structured Finance Associate to join their market leading team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing team at the forefront of structured finance, with a strong reputation for advising on sophisticated transactions. Role Overview:
They are looking for an associate between NQ-4PQE (inclusive of March 2025 qualifiers), hailing from a Magic, Silver Circle or another elite US practice in London. You will join a dynamic group that has recently expanded with new hires and with significant growth plans, handling complex, cutting-edge transactions across a wide range of asset classes. The successful candidate will have a foundation in structured finance and an eagerness to develop expertise in CLO transactions. About the Team:
The firm’s London Structured Finance team has consistently been a leader in the market, guiding clients through groundbreaking securitisation and credit transactions. They advise arrangers, issuers, collateral managers, and other key stakeholders on a broad array of deals, including non-traditional asset securitisations, hybrid structured credit facilities, and whole business securitisations. This team also collaborates closely with other practice areas to deliver tailored, business-focused solutions for clients. What We’re Looking For: An associate between NQ-4PQE (March 2025 inclusive) with a strong background in structured finance. Experience at another elite US, Magic or Silver Circle law firm in London. Strong foundational knowledge in structured finance transactions and a desire to learn CLO-specific work. Why Join?
