The New York office of our highly respected AmLaw client has an immediate opening for a senior associate with 5-8 years' experience to join its growing Structured Finance team.
Significant experience in ABS, RMBS, and/or esoteric securitizations is beneficial. Capabilities in drafting complex transaction and disclosure documents and managing multiple capital market transactions at once are also requisite. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.

Salary: $300,000-$450,000
