Structured Solutions Analyst

role is an exciting new position available within our Global Aviation & Space team. Reporting into the Structured Solutions Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Structured Solutions team members to facilitate and maintain the ongoing development of our aerospace line slips and analytics; whilst also assisting in the enhancement of various in-house procedures and documentation. The Role Work alongside a multitude of internal stakeholders in order to capture key Structured Solutions data that assists with the continued success of existing and all future facilities and line slips residing within our portfolio. These stakeholders include, but are not limited to,

Head of Structured Solutions, Development, Facilities Operations Team (FOT), Aviation Brokers, Aviation Account Handlers etc. Assist in the creation and renewal processes involved with maintaining Aerospace line slips on a yearly basis. To achieve this, you will be actively approaching underwriters within the market to discuss their terms prior to the inception of line slips. Complete facility market loading procedures ahead of Aerospace line slip inception/ renewal; whilst actively reviewing expiring line slips and identifying avenues whereby innovation and improvements can be made to streamline future endeavors. Manage central in-house line slip synopses by recording insurer lines and other key details that’re placed under each Structured Solution; in turn, assisting in the maintenance of master declarations for each geography panel under each facility. Collaborate with internal Aerospace colleagues to assist in the fulfillment of new and renewing declaration requests.Utilising existing master declarations to craft bespoke declarations based on risk information provided. Complete post-declaration procedures such as sending declarations, MRCs and policy term files out to the relevant markets once agreed. But also, to send Box 1, Box 2 and Box 3 endorsements to the markets for information or agreement as required post inception. Report analysis and trends upwards to the

Head of Structured Solutions and

Structured Solutions Team Leader. Produce Structured Solution MI data on a monthly, quarterly or Ad-hoc basis as and when required. Data required can range from Premiums, Claims, Brokerage or MDI and can be requested from both internal and external functions. Generate MI driven data reports to service our ongoing promise to insurers, by delivering market leadingsummarisations that assist in identifying aggregated line slip performances based on their individual participation. Maintain surveillance of incoming queries and updates to the Structured Solutions inbox, then look to action accordingly in a timely professional manner. Upkeep of the Structured Solutions intranet page, ensuring that all key Structured Solutions data is captured and updated promptly in order to best serve our internal Aerospace colleagues. Be prepared to act as SPOE for other Structured Solutions team colleagues, e.g. preparation of declarations, MI reports and other Structured Solutions data capture. Ensure mandatory WTW training and CPD procedures are completed within the appointed time, in order to comply with WTW company requirements. Qualifications

The Skills Relevant work experience in either Insurance or Aviation. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. Interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong business relationships at all levels. Organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines, managing multiple tasks.
