The team undertakes the management of Farms and Rural Estates and offers a range of professional rural advice. Their technical excellence ensures an impressive client base, advising on some of the most prestigious clients in the area. The role will be a blend of Farm and Estate Management and professional working within a team. Responsibilities

Acting as principal agent for a selection of key farm and estate management clients Financial management of client’s businesses Managing farm/estate staff and contractors Undertaking estate and farming business reviews Identifying opportunities for appropriate diversification Understanding, interpreting, and communicating effects of the key rural policies Supporting the directors in winning new work to increase turnover and continue the growth of the department Person Specification

Qualifications/Key Skills

Educated to relevant degree level Professionally qualified MRICS or alternative agricultural qualification Experience in a consultancy and/or management role Experience & Skills

Demonstrate team leadership potential, capable of building relationships with existing and new clients and generating new opportunities.
