Assisting to ensure full occupancy levels for the building each academic year. Preparation of tenancy agreements and other administrative duties. Providing a high standard of customer service to tenants, customers, and external partners. Ensuring the building’s appearance is to the highest of standards at all times. Maintaining and developing excellent relations with our tenants, customers, and external partners. Assisting the General Manager with financial procedures and debt recovery procedures. Assisting the Accommodation Manager with administration tasks and the collation of verification documents for students. Assisting the Facilities Team in overseeing tenant and building maintenance. Working alongside the Marketing Team to develop new advertising ideas and lead our Social Media activity. Coordinating routine room inspections, inventories, and check-out appointments. Promoting and contributing to the company culture.
