We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of a Student Behaviour Mentor in December 2024. We are a specialist education site based in Swindon, supporting students aged 4-16 years old. The Student Behaviour Mentor position focuses on building trust and rapport, developing independence, and motivating students throughout their education.
Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils facing behaviour management challenges Helping students to learn and practice healthy coping mechanisms Tracking progress and implementing education plans Practicing effective communication skills to resolve conflicts and emotional regulation Motivating students to develop independence and engagement with learning material

£25,000 - £28,000 per annum, permanent position Hours:

Key qualities of a Student Behaviour Mentor: Confidence, extroverted nature, valuing trust and relationships, and patience for those struggling!
Experience supporting children on a personal or professional level is very beneficial but not mandatory. Relevant education or previous experience is welcomed.
