We are looking for 2 hourly paid student engagement officers to join our dynamic enrichment team. You will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating the student enrichment and engagement programme at the campus where you are based (Holloway or
Angel). You will plan, organise, deliver, and evaluate an exciting and wide-ranging Student Enrichment & Engagement Programme that includes clubs & societies, enriching skills development, awareness raising and wellbeing workshops, projects and events, student
leadership and student voice activities, Duke of Edinburgh (D of E) Awards, student volunteerism & social action, student awards and celebrations and sports & physical activities. About you: You will be an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who is open to a challenge and enjoys working within a creative, supportive, and fast paced team. You will have at least two years' experience working with young people (aged 16-19) and ideally a degree
or a relevant professional qualification (youth work, social work, teaching). You will have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and be passionate about young people's engagement, participation and skills development. You will be innovative and
enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and enjoy working as part of a team as well as having an ability to work independently, use your initiative and create opportunities. You will have excellent organisational, problem solving, planning and group facilitation
skills and an ability to network and build partnerships.
