3rd March 2025 We are looking for a member of staff to join our Student Journey Team working in the role of Cashier but also providing support to the wider Student Journey team. You will need to have excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a variety of differing roles – Cashier providing front line services to students and parents in making payments for buses, trips and exam fees involving cash handling and use of College systems. You will be front of house in dealing with student and parent enquiries about UCAS, Transport, and College parking. In addition, you will support other Student Journey functions at peak periods, as well as being tasked to be part of wider College activities (Covid testing teams, enrolment teams, and Open days). The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills and the ability to multitask in a variety of differing roles within the Student Journey functions. We are looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of variety in the work they undertake in a calm and reassuring manner with a commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
