24th February 2025 Cirencester College is looking for a Senior Exams Administrator to work as part of the College exams team. The role will involve all aspects of the College examination process including registration and making entries to external awarding bodies and ensuring all examinations and assessments are conducted in line with Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) and awarding body guidelines including T Levels. The successful candidate will join the College Exams Team and will be involved in all aspects of the examinations process. We are looking for an experienced administrator with a passion for excellent customer service. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to understand and implement all exam and assessment procedures for the smooth running of exams. They will need to be able to liaise with both awarding bodies, staff, and students and have excellent IT skills. Reporting directly to the Student Journey Manager, you will make a significant contribution to developing and implementing any future exam and T Level provision. The role will involve considerable liaison with end users, hence you will possess strong communication skills and will be capable of forging effective relationships with teaching and support staff.
