The role offers you the opportunity to support and learn how the further education sector works, working with many different subject areas, facilitating and advocating for the students, and offering personalised support and coaching for SEND students. What the role entails: To provide learning support to students as appropriate, enabling them to fulfil their potential to achieve, e.g. clarifying content, making simple notes, differentiating materials, and improving their ability to manage their own learning needs. What we are looking for: You will have a desire to work with young people with SEND needs and possess strong administrative and organisational skills. You will be educated to a minimum of Maths & English at Grade 4/Grade C. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is organised, able to work autonomously and calmly under pressure, can communicate well with people of all ages and backgrounds, demonstrates a positive and inclusive manner, and is solution-focused.
