Join a well-established, independent consultancy offering a Monday-to-Friday role, specialised training and continuous opportunities for career growth, including the potential for management advancement. This well-established consultancy focuses on a broad spectrum of construction projects and is currently looking to expand to new markets. Since its inception in 1990, the company has grown significantly and is now looking for a Property / Lettings Co-ordinator to head up a range of Student lettings. In this varied role, you'll be joining the Student Lettings team where you will perform site visits to assess maintenance and repairs, liaise with contractors, carry out property inspections, arrange viewings and marketing of properties whilst negotiating new business. This role would suit a Property / Lettings Co-ordinator looking to manage a Student Lettings portfolio in a role offering continuous training and professional development on a predominantly Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 basis. The Role:

Site visits to assess maintenance and repairs Liaise with contractors Carry out property inspections Arrange viewings and marketing of various properties Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30, occasional Saturdays The Person:
