UAPP is now expanding its global footprint and recruiting education consultants across the UK and Europe. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Birmingham office. We are looking for an individual with a solid background in education consulting, particularly in the UK market. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating leads through personal networks, managing a team, setting up and growing an office, meeting ambitious targets, and training and monitoring the team for optimal performance. Lead, manage, and inspire a team of education consultants to achieve individual and collective targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. Utilize personal network and industry expertise to generate leads and expand the client base. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance market presence. Oversee the setup and operationalization of the new Manchester office. Ensure a smooth and efficient workflow within the office. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures. Monitor the performance of team members and provide ongoing coaching for improvement. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve long-term business objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges. Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. REQUIREMENTS

The candidate applying for the role should have the following: Settled/Pre-settled Status in the UK or British Citizenship Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field Proven experience in education consulting and student recruitment Strong understanding of UK universities, courses, and admission criteria Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to generate leads independently and execute effective marketing strategies Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships BENEFITS
