Marketing Manager

at our OnCampus division, part of Cambridge Education Group! As a

Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel marketing communications and campaigns, events, and product training plans that support strategic objectives and recruitment targets for a range of OnCampus centres. The position reports to the Deputy Director, Partner Marketing and will work closely with the wider marketing teams, internal stakeholders, and key strategic university partners. The role is on a full-time, fixed-term contract basis (Until 30th January 2026) with the location in Cambridge, United Kingdom. We operate under a Hybrid Working policy whereas 3 days can be worked from home. National & international travel may be required as part of this role. Other activities as a Marketing Manager at OnCampus:

To deliver strategic global and regionalised marketing campaigns and material to drive and support sales targets, brand knowledge, and recognition in the market. To build, manage, and maintain relationships with key university stakeholders to ensure product and messaging are consistent from partner to market in line with recruitment needs. Work closely with the Community and Performance Marketing Manager and Social Media Executive to plot and develop innovative social media and other digital content across all channels and analyse campaign performance adjusting campaign activity as necessary. To manage and support FAM (agent/student familiarisation) trips with regional sales directors that support marketing objectives and sales targets and other events as needed. To understand the student journey and identify and produce messaging appropriate to stage via CRM automations. To support market research that informs marketing campaigns (industry and competitor) including regular feedback to the Product function on market activity and competitor positioning. Manage marketing communications output for the brands within the CEG portfolio, working with in-market staff to ‘localise’ materials where required. Work closely with the marketing and international office teams at the centres to ensure all materials meet the partners' requirements and opportunities are maximised. Ensuring all marketing materials produced are consistent and on brand across the whole organisation. Line manage Marketing Executives or Marketing Assistants, and other team members as directed. Aspects we will be looking for:

Educated to undergraduate degree level or equivalent marketing qualifications. Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a marketing role, within a commercially driven environment (essential). Familiarity with product training across a complex business organisation. Understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing preferably in the education sector. Strong marketing management skills with a proven track record of creativity and producing effective marketing communications to achieve targeted results. Strategic thinker with strong campaign planning skills. Strong copywriting skills. Strong communication skills. Strong commercial acumen. Proven record of delivery and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Why will you love working here?
