Travel to Cambridge is covered for London based candidates, travel to London is covered for Cambridge based candidates. Overview of the role

The candidate should have a background in working in an international college or boarding school environment, and experience of student recruitment. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team on the promotion of key aspects of the school’s outstanding educational provision. You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment of domestic students to the college and will be able to identify and successfully implement creative recruitment initiatives in a competitive market, ensuring that annual enrolment targets are met. You will represent Abbey College Cambridge and DLD College London to visitors coming into the college, lead tours, coordinate recruitment events, manage bursaries and scholarships, and promote the College on a face-to-face basis, as well as digitally. You will also provide support to the international recruitment team, visit and develop partnerships with local schools, and represent Abbey College Cambridge and DLD College London at events. This is a full-time position with attractive benefits available for an immediate start. The candidate will be required to split their time between Cambridge and London each week, with 2 days in Cambridge and 3 days in London per week. Key responsibilities

Day-to-day management of all domestic enquiries and applications, ensuring a response time in line with existing SLA’s. Develop and deliver a strategic sales plan which identifies and develops new recruitment channels e.g. online campaigns, school partnerships, taster days and referrals, and ensures domestic recruitment targets are met. Establish strong partnerships with local UK prep schools with a view to increasing new enrolments. Represent Abbey College Cambridge and DLD College London at events and exhibitions, which may occasionally involve travel during weekends and school holidays. Arrange and conduct visitor tours of Abbey College Cambridge and DLD College London for domestic and international visitors, delivering superior customer service. Regularly feedback to senior management via sales reports and international sales meetings engagement. Be available to support domestic recruitment for Abbey College Manchester and UK International recruitment as required. Skills Required

Results oriented, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Experience of working within an international college or boarding school environment. Excellent sales management, communication, and presentation skills. Able to introduce creative market leading initiatives. Proactive, able to create sales opportunities. Solutions focused, able to identify and remove sales barriers. Trustworthy, with a positive, can-do attitude. Passionate about the Abbey DLD product offering.
