As a non-teaching member of staff, you will support all aspects of the pastoral care of the students, upholding the school values and contributing to a community where students aspire to the highest standards and achieve to the best of their ability. Your role will involve supporting students with personal, social, and academic challenges, helping them build confidence and reach their full potential. Additionally, you will act as the key point of contact for parents and external professionals, ensuring effective communication and a holistic approach to supporting student well-being.
