Fixed Term (March - September 5th 2025) We are recruiting for an outstanding professional with a focus on customer success, an eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service, to join our fast-growing company. You’ll join our team on a full time, fixed term basis to provide key

services to motivated students who are attending our residential summer courses in Oxford, Cambridge and London. Responsibilities

Answering student and parent enquiries via email, telephone and videocall

Administration related to student course changes, enrolments and payments

Assist in the delivery of smooth and efficient airport transfers

Complaint resolution

Upkeep of CRM records

About you

You’re friendly and engaging with a strong work ethic

You’re able to work effectively as part of a high performing team

You can organise your tasks to efficiently deliver service excellence

You’re comfortable negotiating and communicating clearly

Essential skills or experiences:

A strong and diplomatic written and verbal communicator

Comfortable talking to students and parents from all over the world

Proven ability to resolve complaints

Excellent IT proficiency including Excel and/or Google sheets

Confident performing basic mathematics

Desirable skills or experiences: Understanding of the summer school industry and delivery standards

Experience in a customer or student service role

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems and collaborative tools like G Suite and Slack

Familiar with delivering services to Executives, HNW individuals and families
