A design-led studio in West London is seeking a studio manager to oversee the daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a varied and hands-on role. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio. Support office management, HR, finance, project coordination, and marketing. Ensure smooth office services and collaborate with external consultants. Organise team events and CPD sessions. Manage recruitment and onboarding, maintain staff records. Work with accountants and bookkeepers on expenses, invoices, payroll reports, and VAT returns. Assist directors in business development and manage new business opportunities. Coordinate participation in networking events and industry fairs. Manage the studio’s website and social media platforms, coordinate award submissions, and curate engaging content. Qualifications: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proactive and solution-oriented with excellent communication skills. Experience in studio or office management, project coordination, or HR is highly desirable. Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is essential. In return, you’ll be joining a highly regarded architecture practice with a collaborative and inspiring work culture.
