Studio Photographer

to join our creative team to elevate the visual storytelling of the Austin Group brands. This is a six-month contract position with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This hands-on role involves capturing high-quality imagery and videos for eCommerce, lookbooks, and marketing channels. Working closely with internal teams and external collaborators, you'll bring our products and campaigns to life while maintaining brand consistency across all visual outputs. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Product Photography:

Capture detailed and accurate images of apparel, accessories, and other products for use in e-commerce, lookbooks, and social media. Direct and photograph models to highlight product features, adhering to brand style guides. Collaborate with stylists and makeup artists to ensure cohesive and visually appealing outputs. Videography:

Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for eCommerce and marketing needs, including internal products training videos. Retouch, colour correct, and enhance images to align with brand standards. Manage file editing, timely delivery, and archive imagery using BrandFolder or similar tools. Organise and maintain an efficient studio environment. Source and manage props to complement brand narratives. Event & Ad Hoc Photography:

Capture imagery for new store openings, staff events, and other brand-related activities. Partner with marketing, eCommerce, and senior management teams to align on visual direction. Participate in planning meetings for campaigns and product launches, providing creative input. About you: Degree/diploma in photography, visual arts, or related field (preferred but not essential with substantial experience). 2–3 years of professional studio photography experience in fashion, e-commerce, or product settings. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a keen eye for detail. Strong retouching and post-production skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) and video editing tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro). Knowledge of file management systems like BrandFolder or DAM tools. Experience directing model shoots and executing flat-lay or mannequin photography. Creative, innovative, and collaborative mindset. Resilient and adaptable, thriving under pressure.
