Description

This is currently an internal-only opportunity. Diversity matters We are building a brand that represents the people of the world. It’s what you do that counts, and we are always looking to expand perspectives and voices to shape our future. We see you, we celebrate you, we want you! Who we are You might know us as the inventors of the bath bomb, but there’s more to this great-smelling, partly employee-owned, family-run company than pioneering cosmetics. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes and demonstrate that capitalism can be a force for good. The Living Wage Foundation’s statement 'a hard day's work deserves a fair day's pay' is one that we are proud to commit to in the UK. As an accredited Living Wage employer, we put our people first and fight cruel practices like animal testing, promote regeneration, and show that it is what’s inside that counts - whether that’s an ingredient in a product, or the minerals in a smartphone. The team Lush Studios are creative hubs where Lush support teams come together to work and collaborate on the latest in Lush digital and retail development. From Finance and Legal to Design and Tech - you'll find it all under the studio roofs. Not just an ordinary office management team, this dynamic team hosts events, encourages initiatives and generally does all they can to care for the staff that work in these spaces and beyond. By engaging staff, communicating global messages, and constant storytelling, Lush Studios will bring exceptional standards of customer service to the heart of the spaces we work in wherever they may be in the world. As a first point of contact, you will greet and assist all internal and external visitors, guiding them to the correct areas and providing 5-star customer service. Managing the busy phone lines, booking meeting rooms, writing global communications and articles, organising and hosting events like film clubs, book clubs and Yoga and being the first point of contact for anything else that crops up throughout the day! The Studio Team creates and maintains a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere in the Studio spaces treating each area as a shop floor, taking ownership of displays, and the appearance of all areas and creating a happy and healthy working environment for all. No two days will ever be the same in this fast-paced role! You’ll have a passion for outstanding customer service, being an outgoing and friendly person with a positive, can-do attitude and desire to contribute to tasks wider than the expected job role. You’ll need to be a true people person with experience of dealing with a variety of people in a busy and fast-moving environment plus have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time and workload. Patience is a virtue and a vital element to this role, as is great communication, written and verbal, as you will be dealing with lots of people throughout the company and external suppliers. Please note: We may close this vacancy early if we receive an overwhelming response or our business requirements change.
