How You’ll Make an Impact This is a Study Management role that works closely with Customers, Team Leads, Technical Application Scientists, Sales, Process Development, Operations, Bioinformatics, and Logistics. The goals are to effectively support and provide Multiomics solutions from Azenta/GENEWIZ NGS portfolio to customer’s biological questions, and to manage customer’s confirmed projects. This position is located in our Abingdon office (Oxford). What You’ll Do Provide Multiomics consultation, with focus on various NGS solutions, for EMEA customers via emails, teleconferences, site visits. Management of Multiomics projects with proprietary customer relationship and project management tools. Supporting the business unit in understanding the market dynamic, defining winning tactics and strategically handling specific key accounts. End to end management of Multiomics projects, from receiving to post-delivery, including communication with internal and external stakeholders as well as troubleshooting. Strong interaction within the EMEA Study Management team as well as relevant stakeholders, not limited to Account Management, Process Development, Operational teams, Bioinformatics, and Logistics. Travel (approx. 5%) to selected customer sites to perform scientific presentations. Work under certified and/or accredited conditions. What You’ll Bring Master's degree or PhD in Life Sciences. Strong background in molecular biology, genetics, genomics and preferably Next Generation Sequencing. Customer-oriented mindset and experience in communicating with customers are preferred. Good work experience in a project manager role preferred. Organized and result driven style of work with a strong sense of prioritization. Ability to strategically work and perform in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail, ability to communicate complex information efficiently, accurately, and succinctly. Self-starter with ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Strong communication skills (written and oral).
