Contribute in contractual and commercial reviews, discussions, negotiations and decisions in tenders. Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.). Ensure contract close out, extension or renewal, and experience transfer to future contracts. Take part in securing and developing long term Frame Agreements when required. Who we’re looking for

Our ambition is to grow our team by hiring the best talent and to continue delivering the best possible projects for our clients. This means that we need to find the people that complement our existing colleagues, and someone that meets the requirements within our projects. So, if you do possess some of these qualities, we could be a perfect match: High commercial awareness. We are looking to make more than one hire and are happy to receive applications from people with varied levels of experience. Very strong negotiation skills. Organised and able to manage time to meet deadlines. Educated to a degree level in the area of business/legal is preferred, although other recognised qualifications would be acceptable if combined with suitable experience. Reason for joining us

If you’ve come this far you might be just what we’re looking for. We know that we all have individual preferences when talking about company perks, and we would love to tell more about all the perks you would have working for us. For now, we have settled with a small tease which we hope that you might appreciate: A flexible organisation characterised by direct lines of communication and swift decision-making processes; our voice is always heard in Ocean Installer.
