Expand, develop and build strong and sustainable subcontractor supplier base. Address and resolve supplier-related issues promptly. Allocate and manage jobs to subcontractors via multiple & internal systems. Ensure supplier pricing is accurate at all times. Ensure collections and deliveries are completed on time, meeting customer expectations. Oversee the POD process to ensure all documents are submitted within SLA. Review and authorise subcontractor invoices for payment accuracy and compliance. Ensure all subcontracted work achieves budgeted margin. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve subcontracting processes. Implement automation tools and methods to increase operational efficiency. Review, monitor and manage sub-contractors insurance documentation to ensure compliance. Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work with logistics platforms and software tools. Financial acumen to manage budgets and ensure profitability targets are met. Proficiency in MS Office and other logistics-related software. Knowledge of large vehicle transporter capacity & loading is an advantage. Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives. Knowledge of BVRLA fair, wear and tear standard is an advantage. Key Competencies:
