Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in your subject area. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to student success. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one. Key Responsibilities: Teach and inspire students helping them to achieve their full potential. Assess, track, and report on students’ progress and adapt teaching methods as necessary. Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere, ensuring all students are engaged and included in classroom activities. Attend meetings, contribute to multi-agency reviews, and collaborate with the wider school team to implement effective learning strategies.
