Wood is recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join the team to oversee offshore and subsea projects within our Technical Consulting Division. The Role As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of subsea and pipeline projects within our organization. This role involves leading a team of subsea and pipeline engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of our projects from conception to completion. The Engineering Manager plays a critical role in driving the quality and consistency of the engineering on our projects. The role offers a senior position in a highly visible and motivated team, with the opportunity to be part of a group with ambitious plans for further growth. Expected: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Civil, or Subsea Engineering). Extensive experience in subsea and/or pipeline engineering with a proven track record of engineering management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of subsea technologies, industry standards, and regulations. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with relevant software tools and project management methodologies. Desirable: Chartered engineer status preferred undefined
