£36,635.38 - £42,743.46 (pro rata for part time hours) Responsibilities

Our nurses offer specialist clinical interventions, including comprehensive health screens, alcohol assessments, vaccinations, ECGs, and community alcohol detoxes, to a cohort of service users across East Sussex. We are looking for passionate people and friendly faces; you'll work with highly skilled colleagues across the county to support and engage people in drug and alcohol treatment services. No two days will be the same and we're looking for Nurses who have a range of skills and expertise, but who also believe in being open, compassionate, and bold in everything they do. CGL East Sussex Drug & Alcohol Service is a fully integrated service, responsible for delivering a range of interventions. We are seeking to employ highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed nurses to join the clinical teams. We have primary hubs in Hastings and Eastbourne as well as other satellites across the county. You would be working across the county of East Sussex in both our Hastings and Eastbourne hubs. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team, leading on Dual Diagnosis nursing interventions and supporting the team in the development and delivery of outcomes for the people that use our service. You will undertake duties involved in the day-to-day operation, management, and development of drug and alcohol prevention, treatment, recovery, and well-being interventions. You will have excellent communication skills, be committed to high-quality service provision, and the active involvement of our service users. You will have some training and/or qualifications of relevance when it comes to addressing substance misuse issues and Dual Diagnosis, but we can also support with development in these areas.
