Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm An exciting job role has recently become available with our team in Liverpool. They are looking for a new member for their Alcohol and Substance Misuse Team. The pay rate will go up to £26 per hour. Responsibilities:
You will provide support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse. You will also manage referrals into the service, completing triage assessments and providing appropriate harm reduction advice. You will develop plans with clients to help them get their lives back to where they want them to be. High rates of pay Ongoing contracts (until minimum March 2025) Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm Qualifications and Experience:
As a Substance Misuse Practitioner, you should have experience working within health, social care, criminal justice, or other specialist settings, ideally with those experiencing homelessness. You must have ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 months and have a valid UK driving license. How to Apply:
