Key responsibilities: Managing a case load of 40 - 60 service users & liaising with multi-agency teams including family members as appropriate. Coordinate reduction and detoxification plans with service users. Promote involvement in the service users' recovery plan by family members, carers, and the individual. Lead on recovery planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, and ongoing assessments. Skills & experience: Proven track record of working with service users in recovery or similar roles.
