are working with a local authority to recruit a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker for their team. As a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centered Substance Use & health and wellbeing interventions.
Role Responsibilities: Effective case management of service users with substance use issues. Formulate, monitor and review risk assessments and risk management plans that effectively safeguard and protect service users and families/carers from harm. Consistent, timely and accurate collection, recording and reporting of data and information relating to a client treatment journey. Providing prescription to service users where these are not posted to pharmacies. Essential Requirements: * Previous experience within Substance Misuse.
