What you will do: Support individuals in their recovery journey by developing tailored plans that meet their needs and goals. Conduct assessments and reviews to monitor progress and adjust care plans accordingly. Facilitate group sessions and one-on-one meetings, providing practical and emotional support. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care for clients. Engage with duty drop-ins and manage daily calls and appointments, maintaining a manageable caseload. Requirements for the role of Substance Misuse Worker: Recent experience in Substance Misuse, Substance Abuse, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol, Needle Exchange, or Recovery.
