£35,019 - £41,241 per annum Sanctuary Personnel is currently recruiting for a permanent Substance Misuse Team Leader to join our client based in Doncaster. Duties: The successful candidate will play a key role within the Senior Management Team, providing leadership and management to staff within the groupwork and early intervention teams. They will also contribute to the advancement of practice throughout the service. Requirements: Applicants should possess relevant experience in the substance misuse sector. A degree in fields such as psychology, sociology, social work, or a Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is required. A Level 3 qualification in Substance Misuse and an ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management are also required. Benefits: Comprehensive package of accredited qualifications.
