Our client, a specialist litigation firm, is seeking additional lawyers to join its busy Accident team. The positions include a diverse range of responsibilities, such as managing EL/PL/OL/CICA claims, handling ASPIC, Court of Session, and Sheriff Court cases, and conducting liability investigations. The firm is keen to hear from applications across all levels of PQE from junior level (1 year PQE +) to legal director/partner level. Applicants should have experience in Employer, Occupiers, and Public Liability. As part of the team, you will collaborate with highly skilled lawyers who actively campaign for legal reforms benefiting workers, accident victims, and their families. The full-time position can be based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow and offers hybrid working arrangements and a fantastic benefits package.
