● Closing Date: March 2025 ● Job Location: SKOLA Regent’s University & SKOLA Gloucester Gate, London, UK ● Job Type: Full-time (minimum four-week commitment, maximum ten weeks) ● Job Category: TEFL / Young Learners Summer School ● Pay: £600 per week (5-day week) + 12.07% holiday pay ● Job Summary: Deliver engaging English language lessons to young learners (ages 5-17), following SKOLA’s Teaching Framework and project-based curriculum. Facilitate interactive learning through real-life contexts in both the classroom and excursions. Maintain high professional standards and contribute to a positive school culture based on SKOLA’s values: ready, safe, kind.

● Key Responsibilities:

Teach English to young learners aged 5-17 following SKOLA’s five-stage lesson framework. Ensure lessons align with project-based learning and excursions. Foster a safe, engaging, and culturally enriching environment. Monitor student progress and provide feedback via reports and certificates. Follow safeguarding policies and ensure student welfare. Attend training, morning meetings, and professional development sessions.

● Skills and Qualifications: ○ Essential: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline CELTA / Trinity CertTESOL / PGCE in English or equivalent At least 1 year of experience teaching English to young learners Knowledge of CEFR levels and safeguarding procedures Experience using Google Workspace.

○ Desirable: DELTA / DipTESOL / PGCE in primary education Experience in project-based learning and leading educational trips AI tools for lesson planning Experience teaching the Callan method.
