As a Supervising Advocate, alongside supporting a reduced caseload of clients yourself, you will play a critical role in overseeing and supporting our dedicated advocacy team. You will conduct bi-monthly supervisions, review case recordings in accordance with contract requirements, and ensure advocates adhere to safety and security protocols. Your responsibilities will also include preparing detailed reports, handling highly sensitive information, and confidently representing clients. You'll need exceptional communication and time-management skills, as well as a flexible attitude. Hours of Work: 37 hours, 5 days per week, between Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Location: Home based with travel around Nottingham and the surrounding area. (Applicants must live within the area; have a full driver’s licence and access to their own transport) Salary: Full Time salary £25,806 – £30,359 per annum depending on experience. Contract Type: Permanent Supervising Advocate Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in supporting advocates. Knowledge and experience of Advocacy services and delivery of Advocacy. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle highly sensitive information and work independently. Strong computer literacy and report-writing skills. Must reside within the area, have a full driving licence, and have access to personal transport. Benefits:
