Join Our Team as a Supervising Advocate in Nottingham. As a Supervising Advocate, the role will be split between working as a Supervising Advocate and an Independent Advocate. Your duties will include supporting a reduced caseload of clients and overseeing our dedicated advocacy team. Working alongside another Supervising Advocate, you will conduct bi-monthly supervisions, review case recordings in accordance with contract requirements, and ensure advocates adhere to safety and security protocols. Your responsibilities will also include preparing detailed reports, handling highly sensitive information, and confidently representing clients. You'll need exceptional communication and time-management skills, as well as a flexible attitude. Hours of Work:

37 hours (18.5 Hours: Supervising Advocate/ 18.5 Hours Independent Advocate), 5 days per week, between Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. (This opportunity to work in our Nottinghamshire team is for an Advocate to join us full-time to provide a split role of 0.5 Independent Advocate and 0.5 Supervising Advocate; we are looking for an experienced advocate to carry out this role.) Location:

Home based with travel around Nottingham and the surrounding area. (Applicants must live within the area; have a full driver's licence and access to their own transport) Salary:

The two halves of the role carry slightly different responsibilities and are therefore paid at different rates of pay, details of the salary are: Salary for Part-time Supervising Advocacy: £12,527.00 - £14,737.50 per annum depending on experience. Salary for Part-time Independent Advocacy: £11,544.00 - £11,646.00 per annum depending on experience. Contract Type:

Permanent Supervising Advocate Requirements: Demonstrable experience in supporting advocates. Knowledge and experience of Advocacy services and delivery of Advocacy. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle highly sensitive information and work independently. Strong computer literacy and report-writing skills. Independent Advocate Requirements: Strong communication and time management skills to successfully work remotely. Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and the ability to learn software packages such as client management databases. Attention to detail to ensure accurate recording of records and reporting to meet tight deadlines.
