Key Responsibilities: As a Supervisor, you will: Lead and Inspire:

Coordinate daily activities of the ventilation assessment team, providing training and mentorship. Ensure Compliance:

Conduct thorough inspections and commissioning of ventilation systems in operating theatres and treatment suites, ensuring they meet industry standards. Optimise Performance:

Test and document performance metrics, analyse results, and generate comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations. Maintain Excellence:

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of Air Handling Units (AHUs) to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Collaborate Effectively:

Work with clients, contractors, and estates teams to address ventilation concerns, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Provide Technical Guidance:

Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and integrate new technologies for enhanced system evaluation. Required Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you should have: Proven experience in commissioning ventilation systems within healthcare settings. Competent Person status as per SHTM03-01. Extensive knowledge of ventilation systems testing in critical environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Visio for documentation and schematic interpretation. Strong analytical skills for interpreting technical data and providing solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with micromanometers, anemometers, and particle counters. Desirable Skills: Experience specifically in healthcare ventilation systems. Knowledge of energy-efficient technologies, including electronically commutated (EC) fans. A full driving licence is essential for this role.
