This is mostly void property work, with Kitchens, Bathrooms and Wet rooms being the principal work stream. Your role will involve managing the work being delivered in the field by our Operatives and Sub-Contractor partners and ensuring it follows the agreed processes, quality standards and our value and enabling steps to achieve the quality we are expecting, which in turn, represents value for money, and our right first-time approach. The most important elements relating to your work are: To go out with the client and to scope void properties in accordance with the process To go out with the client and to scope occupied properties in accordance with the process Liaise with the tenants and client alike on a regular basis Ensure that all paperwork is filled in correctly and that it is ready for on-site purposes Liaise with Sub-Contractor partners and book these in accordingly to fit in with the programme Manage the sites you control Offer on-site guidance to the operatives Conduct Health & Safety audits and quality checks EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 5 years’ experience of working in a Building Maintenance environment 3 years’ experience of working in a Supervisors role 2 years scoping details and work capture within the residential housing field Experience of kitchens, bathrooms and wet room process and procedures QUALIFICATION REQUIRED NVQ2 or equivalent in a trade skill IOSH Working Safely (Desirable) Scaffold Inspector Course (Desirable) Have a full driving licence If you feel you have the skills and experience to become our Supervisor then please click “ apply ” now – We’d love to hear from you!
