Bar Supervisors . You will need to have a friendly, outgoing & happy approach to working whilst multi-tasking and prioritizing work in a fast-paced city centre bar that will become the go-to bar for anyone looking to enjoy a party, be it a midweek karaoke or a big weekend out. We are open until 2am on the weekends to ensure the party crowd gets a full weekend of fun. Duties:

To manage team member performance by providing appropriate training, give regular feedback and support so to ensure standards are maintained. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Collect payment from customers and provide accurate change. Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible alcohol consumption. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure team members deliver a high performing culture to ensure guest expectations are achieved. Ensure all stock management processes are followed, including delivery, storage, stock rotation and ordering, to maximize availability and minimize loss. Consistently deliver outstanding levels of service and ensure that the needs of each individual guest are met. Take accountability for how the shift is started, run & finished to ensure all areas are/remain clean, manned and stocked up to ensure a smooth-running business. Requirements:

Previous experience as a bar supervisor is essential (1 year minimum). Knowledge of hospitality, catering, food service. Strong math skills for cash handling and calculating drink prices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations. Familiarity with cocktail making is desirable. Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
