You will manage your on-street team of staff. Communicate effectively and lead from the front. Work on-street with your team to ensure staff are effectively deployed. Motivate, praise and develop your team. Make recommendations to management on service/operational issues. Set objectives, conduct appraisals and identify training needs for operational staff. You will identify and assist in the development of new business within the contract. What will you bring?
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years management/supervisor experience or equivalent level of training. Be able to demonstrate excellent people management skills including coaching, training and recruiting. Experience working within a client-facing role with good commercial acumen. Experience of monitoring KPIs. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Hold a full clean driving licence. What can we offer you?
