About The Role
Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit a Non Dig Supervisor to work on our Thames Water contract in Dartford.
As the Non Dig Supervisor you will be part of our Installations Team who will be responsible for the supervision of the team.
As the Non Dig Supervisor your duties and responsibilities will include:
Day-to-day compliance management ensuring jobs are health, safety, quality and environmentally compliant in accordance with legislations, procedures and standards
Responsible for ensuring the requirements of the Morrison Utility Services job packs and team packs are being followed and implement safety initiatives as directed
Complete and sign off permits as required along with van audits
Check training certification and competence and ensure teams are completing data fields in OFS/work mobile
Ensure plant and equipment is safe, calibrated and being used by authorised personnel
Carry out and record TBT’s and safety briefings
Complete and submit site audits and hazard spots
Ensure jobs meet all environmental standards
Ensure the data integrity of all jobs completed including random dip testing of data including but not limited to; serial numbers (bar codes), co-ordinates, photograph quality on route and task stop-starts times etc

Ability to work productively in a high pressure environment whilst maintaining a positive and flexible attitude
